Kill’s 16-Day Worldwide Box Office Performance
The film Kill has completed 16 days in cinemas. Despite running on quite low screens, the film’s collections are still coming in decently. It appears this movie will continue at the box office for another one or two weeks, with the final collection in India expected to be quite good, as the film has already earned significantly from the overseas market.
Kill’s initial two weeks, or 14 days, saw an India net collection of ₹18 crore 36 lakh. In its third week, on the 15th and 16th days (second Friday and Saturday), the film made an India net collection of approximately ₹1 crore 50 lakh. With this, Kill’s total India net collection for the first 16 days stands at ₹19 crore 86 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹23 crore 63 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection has reached ₹41 crore 85 lakh, making it a clean hit.
Indian 2: 9-Day Worldwide Box Office Update
The film Indian 2, released in five languages, is currently in its second weekend, having completed nine days in cinemas. While the film was one of the most awaited films of the year, it did not live up to expectations. Collections were quite good in the initial three days, but the film completely lost steam at the box office after Monday. Although there were hopes for a big jump in collections during the second weekend, this did not happen, and the second weekend’s collections remained suppressed.
Indian 2’s total box office collection for nine days across all five languages shows an India net collection of ₹85 crore 43 lakh in the first seven days (first week). On the eighth day, it earned ₹1 crore 95 lakh. On its ninth day, the film is collecting an India net collection of ₹2 crore 30 lakh from all five languages. Consequently, Indian 2’s initial nine-day India net collection is ₹89 crore 87 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹106 crore 94 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection has reached ₹155 crore 61 lakh. The film has crossed the ₹150 crore mark worldwide but has become one of the biggest flops of this year.
Bad News: Two-Day Box Office Performance
Bad News, a comedy-drama film, took the biggest opening of Vicky Kaushal’s career on its first day. It became Vicky Kaushal’s highest-earning film on its opening day. The film saw a slight growth in collections on the second day due to positive reviews.
On its first day, Bad News achieved an India net collection of ₹9 crore 20 lakh. The morning shows on the second day saw an occupancy at least 10% higher than the previous day, and bookings for afternoon, evening, and night shows are also quite decent. The report indicates that Bad News is making an India net collection of ₹10 crore 50 lakh on its second day. Thus, Bad News’s initial two-day India net collection is ₹19 crore 70 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹23 crore 42 lakh. The film has earned ₹4 crore 38 lakh from the overseas market. The total worldwide box office collection for Bad News in its first two days is ₹27 crore 82 lakh. Full hopes are for a big jump in collections tomorrow (Sunday).
Sarphira: 9-Day Worldwide Box Office Analysis
The film Sarphira did not receive a good opening at the box office, nor was its weekend collection particularly strong. While the film managed to make some earnings in its first week, hopes for a significant jump in collections during the second week were not met. As the second week began, new Bollywood films were released, leading to a considerable reduction in Sarphira’s screens. This resulted in second-weekend collections being much lower than expected.
Sarphira’s initial seven days (first week) recorded an India net collection of ₹20 crore 23 lakh. On its eighth day (second Friday), the film earned ₹0 crore 84 lakh. Today’s collection shows good growth compared to yesterday, with reports indicating Sarphira is making an India net collection of ₹1 crore 50 lakh on its ninth day. Consequently, Sarphira’s initial nine-day India net collection stands at ₹22 crore 57 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹27 crore 30 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection for nine days has reached ₹35 crore 20 lakh. Considering its budget, this film has proven to be a flop at the box office.
Kalki: 24-Day Worldwide Blockbuster Run
Pan India superstar Prabhas’s film Kalki has entered its fourth week and is successfully attracting audiences to cinemas. Even on its 24th day, the film’s collections are solid in the Hindi version and also seeing good collections in the Telugu version this week. Although Kalki’s screen count is quite low in both Hindi and Telugu versions due to new film releases, the film’s collections are not stopping.
Kalki’s Hindi net collection for the first week was ₹163 crore 25 lakh, for the second week ₹69 crore 95 lakh, and for the third week ₹34 crore 45 lakh. On its fourth Friday (23rd day), the film’s Hindi net collection was ₹2 crore 78 lakh. Today, the film is showing good growth compared to yesterday, with an estimated Hindi net collection of ₹3 crore 50 lakh on its 24th day.
