Sayara, produced with a budget of ₹60 crore, is currently being screened on 3000 screens worldwide. The film initially debuted on 2500 screens on its first day. By the second day, its screen count was increased to 2800. Since the third day, Sayara has expanded its reach to 3000 screens globally, contributing to its growing collections. The strong, record-breaking collections of Sayara have influenced other film releases. Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan decided to postpone the release date of his film, Son of Sardaar 2. Son of Sardaar 2 was originally scheduled to release on July 25th. However, its makers acknowledged that Sayara’s powerful box office run is not expected to slow down quickly, with strong collections anticipated for two to three weeks. To avoid a potential clash where Son of Sardaar 2 might underperform against Sayara’s momentum, the release was shifted forward by one week. This strategic move ensures that Sayara will run for two full weeks, or 14 days, on a maximum number of screens without any direct competition, which is expected to result in a historic lifetime box office collection for the film.
