Notably, Animal surpassed the total earnings of Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, which was released on Diwali, in just five days. Animal‘s collections in five days exceeded Tiger 3‘s total earnings up to that point. The film is expected to be remembered in the history of Bollywood for the next 100 years due to its record-breaking box office success.

Breaking Records: Animal Outperforms Tiger 3, Jawan, and Pathaan

Animal set a new benchmark by achieving Ranbir Kapoor’s career’s highest opening on its very first day. The film’s collections on Monday and Tuesday (the fourth and fifth days) were higher than those of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan and Pathaan. The Monday collections for Animal are the highest in Bollywood history to date.

Animal Box Office: Day 4 and Day 5 Collections

On Monday, its fourth day, Animal surprised many by earning more than expected. Its Hindi net collection was ₹34 crore, while South Indian languages contributed ₹4 crore, bringing the All India Net Collection for the fourth day to ₹38 crore. This collection set a new record, as the projected earnings were around ₹25-26 crore.

For its fifth day, Tuesday, the morning shows received an occupancy of at least 25%. The bookings for afternoon, evening, and night shows also remained solid. Based on reports, the estimated Hindi net collection for the fifth day is approximately ₹32 crore, with South languages contributing around ₹3 crore. This puts the estimated All India Net Collection for the fifth day at approximately ₹35 crore.

With no new Bollywood films releasing this Friday, Animal is anticipated to have strong collections in its second week as well. The lifetime collection in the worldwide market is confirmed to be a minimum of ₹750 crore, with estimates ranging between ₹700 to ₹750 crore.
