12th Fail Box Office Collections Continue Strong Run
The Bollywood film 12th Fail, released last week, has received positive reviews and audience appreciation, leading to robust box office collections. The movie performed well in its first week and maintained impressive collections in its second week. In its initial seven days, 12th Fail achieved an India Net Collection of ₹14 crore 4 lakh. The film earned ₹2 crore 45 lakh on its eighth day. On its ninth day, 12th Fail saw good growth in occupancy compared to the previous day, collecting an India Net Collection of ₹2 crore 50 lakh. With these figures, the film’s total India Net Collection over nine days stands at approximately ₹17 crore, while its India Gross Collection has surpassed ₹20 crore. 12th Fail has been declared a Clean Hit at the box office.
Tiger Nageswara Rao Box Office Performance Update
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s pan-India film, Tiger Nageswara Rao, recorded decent earnings in its first two weeks. However, the film’s collections have seen a significant decline in its third week. Released in multiple languages, Tiger Nageswara Rao accumulated an All India Net Collection of ₹53 crore 35 lakh across all languages in its first two weeks. On its third Friday, the film managed to collect only ₹1 crore 14 lakh from all languages. On its third Saturday, Tiger Nageswara Rao is projected to achieve an India Net Collection of approximately ₹1 crore 20 lakh. The film’s cumulative India Net Collection has now reached ₹54 crore 69 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹65 crore 8 lakh. Globally, Tiger Nageswara Rao has achieved a World Wide Gross Collection of ₹75 crore 50 lakh, surpassing ₹75 crore worldwide.
Ganapath Box Office: Collections Dip to Lakhs
Tiger Shroff’s Ganapath, also starring Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan, has been in cinemas for 16 days. The film, made on a budget of ₹200 crore, did not secure a strong opening, nor did it achieve satisfactory collections in its first or second week. In its third week, the film’s collections have dropped significantly, now only earning in lakhs. Ganapath registered an All India Net Collection of ₹25 crore 41 lakh within its first two weeks. On its third Friday, the film collected only ₹6 lakh. Its third Saturday earnings are estimated to be approximately ₹6 lakh. This brings Ganapath‘s initial 16-day India Net Collection to ₹26 crore 31 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹30 crore 40 lakh. The film’s World Wide Gross Collection over 16 days is approximately ₹36 crore 7 lakh. Ganapath has been declared a very big flop at the box office.
Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo Crosses ₹600 Crore Worldwide
Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and also featuring Sanjay Dutt, has completed 17 days in cinemas. The film garnered record-breaking collections in its first week, maintained strong earnings in its second week, and has shown an impressive hold in its third week. Released in five languages—Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada—Leo has performed exceptionally well, including robust earnings from the Hindi market.
For its Hindi collections, Leo amassed a Hindi Net Collection of ₹29 crore 27 lakh in two weeks. On its third Friday, the Hindi collection was ₹8 lakh. The film is estimated to collect approximately ₹50 lakh from the Hindi market on its third Saturday. This brings Leo‘s cumulative Hindi Net Collection to ₹30 crore 85 lakh, with a Hindi Gross Collection of ₹36 crore 72 lakh.
Looking at its total collections across all languages, Leo achieved an All Language India Net Collection of ₹344 crore 30 lakh in its first two weeks. On its third Friday, the India Net Collection was ₹2 crore 16 lakh. For its third Saturday, the film saw excellent bookings in afternoon, evening, and night shows, leading to an estimated India Net Collection of ₹3 crore 50 lakh. Consequently, Leo‘s initial 17-day All India Net Collection stands at ₹349 crore 96 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹416 crore 50 lakh. The film has earned ₹188 crore from the overseas market. Overall, Leo‘s 17-day World Wide Gross Collection has reached ₹604 crore 50 lakh, successfully crossing the ₹600 crore mark globally.
