Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s Housefull Five has made a significant impact at the box office. The film earned exceptionally well on its first day of release, with earnings continuing to break records on the second and third days. After strong collections over the opening weekend, the film maintained a good hold on Monday, the first weekday. The four-day collections of Housefull Five have surpassed those of Salman Khan’s Sikandar.

Housefull Five has made an impact in 2025 that no other Bollywood film could this year. While many films in 2025 saw releases with some being hits and others flops, and many of the “hit” films involved corporate bookings, Housefull 5’s box office collections have been entirely organic. The film’s producers have ensured that there is no manipulation in its collections, making the total earnings pure and real. Having already made excellent earnings in four days, and with no new Bollywood film releasing next week, Housefull 5 is expected to perform well in its second week too. The film’s first-week collection is projected to be outstanding, with lifetime collections anticipated to be blockbuster. Its lifetime box office collection could reach between ₹350 crore and ₹400 crore.

On its first day, Housefull Five recorded an All India Net collection of ₹24 crore 35 lakh. The second day, a full holiday due to Bakri Eid, saw a significant increase in collections, with the film earning ₹32 crore 38 lakh as India Net. On the third day, a Sunday, occupancy saw a slight growth, leading to an All India Net collection of ₹33 crore 64 lakh. For its fourth day, a Monday, with reduced ticket rates and the start of working days, occupancy dropped by over 55% compared to the first day. The film is estimated to have collected approximately ₹1.5 crore as All India Net on its fourth day. This brings Housefull Five’s initial four-day India Net collection to ₹101 crore 87 lakh, successfully crossing the ₹100 crore mark in India Net collections within four days.
Housefull 5 vs. Sikandar: India Net Collection Performance
In terms of initial four-day India Net collections, Housefull Five performed stronger than Salman Khan’s Sikandar. Sikandar had collected ₹96 crore 54 lakh as India Net in its first four days, while Housefull Five secured ₹101 crore 87 lakh in the same period.
Housefull 5 Gross and Worldwide Collection Figures
Over four days, Housefull Five accumulated an India Gross collection of approximately ₹121 crore 22 lakh. The film was released on 2000 screens overseas, contributing to strong international earnings. Its Overseas Gross collection reached ₹38 crore 85 lakh. Consequently, Housefull Five’s initial four-day worldwide gross collection stands at ₹160 crore 7 lakh, marking over ₹150 crore in global earnings within four days.
Global Box Office: Housefull 5 Outperforms Sikandar
Housefull Five’s four-day worldwide gross collection of ₹160 crore 7 lakh surpassed Salman Khan’s Sikandar, which earned ₹158 crore 50 lakh globally in its first four days. This indicates that Housefull Five not only earned more than Sikandar in the Indian market but also outperformed it in the worldwide market over the initial four days.
