Superstar Sunny Deol’s film Jaat, which was released on April 10, is currently in its sixth week in cinemas. The film had a decent run at the box office in its initial five weeks. In the sixth week, with approximately 200 screens and fewer shows, the movie still managed a decent earning over its sixth weekend.
After 40 days in cinemas, the lifetime box office collection for Jaat has emerged. The film’s India net collection for the first five weeks (36 days) stood at ₹95 crore 47 lakh. On its sixth Friday (37th day), the film earned ₹14 lakh, followed by ₹22 lakh on its sixth Saturday (38th day). Jaat showed growth on its sixth Sunday (39th day), collecting approximately ₹36 lakh. On its 40th day, a Monday, the film saw a significant drop, earning around ₹1 lakh.
With these figures, Jaat’s India net collection for the first 40 days reached ₹96 crore 29 lakh. The India gross collection for the film is ₹114 crore 58 lakh. Globally, Jaat has accumulated a worldwide box office collection of ₹131 crore 12 lakh, surpassing ₹131 crore worldwide. The film is expected to exit cinemas completely within a day or two.
Mission Impossible 8 Three-Day India Box Office Performance
The Hollywood action film Mission Impossible 8, starring Tom Cruise, was released this week on the Indian box office across 1500 screens in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu languages. The movie had a spectacular opening in the Indian market, with its second-day collections also proving quite remarkable. However, on its third day, a Monday, the film experienced a substantial drop in collections.

On its third day, the film’s occupancy dropped by approximately 55 to 60 percent compared to Sunday, resulting in an estimated earning of just ₹6.5 crore in the Indian market.
In total, MI 8’s India net collection for the initial three days stands at ₹42 crore 38 lakh. The India gross collection for the film is ₹50 crore 64 lakh, having crossed ₹50 crore in India gross collection within three days. The film is anticipated to have a long run at the box office, with expectations of record-breaking final collections.
Romeo S3 Four-Day Worldwide Box Office Collection
Bollywood’s action-thriller film Romeo S3, directed by Guddu Dhanoa and featuring Thakur Anoop Singh and Palak Tiwari, was released this week. Made on a budget of ₹10 crore, the film was released on 450 screens. It had a decent first weekend and maintained a strong hold during the weekdays.
After four days in cinemas, Romeo S3’s first-day collection in the Indian market was ₹61 lakh. The film’s India collection over the three-day weekend totaled ₹2 crore 13 lakh. On its fourth day, the film’s occupancy only dropped by 40 to 45 percent compared to the first day, enabling it to earn approximately ₹35 lakh in the Indian market.
The initial four-day India net collection for Romeo S3 is ₹2 crore 48 lakh, with an India gross collection of ₹2 crore 95 lakh. The film also collected ₹22 lakh from overseas territories. This brings Romeo S3’s initial four-day worldwide box office collection to ₹3 crore 17 lakh. With a budget of ₹1 crore, the film earned a decent ₹3 crore 17 lakh in 4 days.
Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 Crosses ₹208 Crore Worldwide in 19 Days
Superstar Ajay Devgn’s film Raid 2, directed by Rajkumar Gupta and also starring Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor, is currently in its third week in cinemas and is running strong, with daily collections continuing to be in crores. Contrary to initial expectations that the movie might be a big flop, Raid 2 proved to be a good film, benefiting from the star power of Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh.
The film had a fantastic opening, followed by good first-week collections, and performed even better than expected in its second week. Despite having fewer screens in its third week, the film continues to make excellent earnings.

The initial 19-day India net collection for Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 stands at ₹155 crore 44 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹184 crore 97 lakh. Additionally, the film performed strongly overseas, collecting ₹23 crore 75 lakh. This brings Raid 2’s initial 19-day worldwide collection to ₹208 crore 72 lakh. With a budget of ₹55 crore, Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2 has become a major blockbuster at the box office.
