Mana Shankara Varu Prasad Garu: First Day Box Office Collection
Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s film, Mana Shankara Varu Prasad Garu, had a blockbuster first day at the box office. Released in approximately 3000 screens worldwide with a budget of around ₹200 crore, the film made significant pre-release recovery. Its digital rights were sold for ₹45 crore, satellite rights for ₹28 crore, and music rights for ₹7 crore, totaling ₹80 crore in recovery before release.
On its first day, Mana Shankara Varu Prasad Garu recorded an India Net Collection of ₹41 crore 50 lakh, leading to an India Gross Collection of ₹48 crore 97 lakh. The film’s overseas box office collection reached ₹15 crore 25 lakh on the first day. This brought its total First Day Worldwide Box Office Collection to ₹64 crore 22 lakh, marking one of the biggest single-day collections in Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s career. In Telugu states, the film saw morning show occupancy of approximately 70-75%, while premiere shows in the overseas market also received a strong response.
Dhurandhar: Six Weeks at the Box Office
The Bollywood film Dhurandhar continues its record-breaking run, now in its sixth week in cinemas. With a budget of ₹280 crore, the film has achieved a worldwide collection exceeding ₹1300 crore. As of its 39th day, Dhurandhar’s total worldwide box office collection stands at ₹1305 crore.
The film’s India Net Collection for the initial 37 days was ₹850 crore 55 lakh. On its sixth Sunday, the 38th day, it earned ₹6 crore 50 lakh in the Indian market. On the 39th day, a Monday, the film’s India Net Collection is estimated to be approximately ₹3 crore 10 lakh. This brings Dhurandhar’s total All India Net Collection to ₹860 crore 15 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹1014 crore 97 lakh. In overseas markets, the film has collected more than ₹290 crore. The 39th day saw a 50% drop in morning show occupancy compared to the previous day, with significant declines in afternoon, evening, and night show bookings as well.
The Raja Saab: Four-Day Global Collections
Prabhas’ pan-India film, The Raja Saab, has garnered a worldwide box office collection of ₹185 crore 16 lakh in its first four days. The film, made on a budget of ₹350 crore and released across 7000 screens worldwide in five languages, held paid premiere shows on Thursday, earning ₹9 crore 15 lakh in India.
On its first day (Friday), The Raja Saab recorded an All India Net Collection of ₹55 crore 61 lakh across all languages. The second day (Saturday) saw a significant drop, with collections reaching ₹26 crore 13 lakh in the Indian market, approximately 50% less than the first day. On the third day (Sunday), the film collected ₹22 crore 81 lakh in the Indian market, which was less than Saturday’s figures. The estimated India Net Collection for the fourth day (Monday) is approximately ₹7.5 crore. This brings The Raja Saab’s initial four-day All India Net Collection to ₹121 crore 20 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹143 crore 62 lakh.
