Jaat Continues Strong Box Office Performance

Action drama film Jaat, released on April 10, is performing robustly in its second week at the box office, with second weekend collections showing strength. While many Bollywood films released in 2025, such as Salman Khan’s Sikander, saw collections decline significantly by the second week, Jaat has maintained its performance. The film was initially released on approximately 3500 screens in India for its first week. In its second week, despite the release of new films, Jaat continues to run on about 2500 screens. Made on a budget of ₹100 crore, Jaat has already been tagged as a hit at the box office.

Jaat recorded an India net collection of ₹9.62 crore on its first day. Its four-day opening weekend garnered ₹40.62 crore net in the Indian market. The film’s first week (seven days) India net collection stood at ₹57.97 crore. On its eighth day, the film’s India net collection was over ₹4 crore. For its ninth day, Jaat is collecting approximately ₹3.5 crore India net.

The initial nine-day India net collection for Jaat is ₹65.50 crore, with an India gross collection of ₹77.94 crore. The film’s nine-day worldwide box office collection has reached ₹86.75 crore. Anticipated collections for the upcoming Saturday and Sunday are expected to see a significant rise, potentially pushing the film past the ₹100 crore worldwide mark within these two days. Kesari Chapter 2 First Day Box Office & Pre-Release Earnings

Akshay Kumar’s historical drama film Kesari Chapter 2 received a good start at the box office. The film was released worldwide on 2500 screens, with approximately 1750 screens across India, primarily in multiplexes. Single screens largely remained dominated by Jaat.
