Jawan Box Office: Shah Rukh Khan’s Film Crosses ₹1000 Crore Worldwide
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawan has surpassed the ₹1000 crore mark at the box office. With this achievement, Shah Rukh Khan becomes the first superstar in Indian cinema to deliver two films earning over ₹1000 crore in a single year.
Jawan’s detailed collection over two weeks (15 days) stands as follows: The Tamil and Telugu Net Collection was ₹52 crore 53 lakh, while the Hindi Net Collection reached ₹473 crore 45 lakh. This brought the total All India Net Collection across all three languages to ₹525 crore 98 lakh after two weeks.
The film’s performance in its third week remained strong. On the 16th day, Jawan recorded an All India Net Collection of ₹7 crore 7 lakh. The 17th day saw an India Net Collection of ₹12 crore 50 lakh. On its 18th day, which was the third Sunday, the film garnered an approximate India Net Collection of ₹15 crore 50 lakh.
Cumulatively, Jawan’s All India Net Collection to date has reached ₹561 crore 58 lakh. The India Gross Collection is ₹678 crore. Furthermore, the film has performed exceptionally well in the overseas market, collecting a significant ₹324 crore. As a result, Jawan’s 18-day Worldwide Gross Collection now totals ₹1002 crore.
Comparing its performance, Shah Rukh Khan’s previous film Pathaan earned ₹1055 crore. Jawan has crossed the ₹1000 crore milestone in just 18 days, with expectations that its final worldwide market collection will reach at least ₹1100 crore.
Gadar 2 Box Office Performance: Nearing ₹700 Crore Worldwide
Bollywood’s action-packed film Gadar 2 is currently in its seventh week in cinemas. Despite having fewer screens now, especially following the release of Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, the film continues to run and receive a good response.
Gadar 2 registered an All India Net Collection of ₹522 crore within its initial six weeks. Upon entering its seventh week, the film added approximately ₹2 crore to its All India Net Collection over the first three days (weekend). This brings Gadar 2’s total All India Net Collection to date to ₹524 crore.
The India Gross Collection for Gadar 2 stands at ₹625 crore. In the overseas market, the film has collected ₹73 crore. Consequently, the World Wide Total Gross Collection for Gadar 2 has reached ₹698 crore. The film is anticipated to cross the ₹700 crore worldwide mark within the coming days. Gadar 2 has been declared an All Time Mega Blockbuster at the box office.
Skanda Box Office: Overseas Advance Booking Report
The Pan India film Skanda is scheduled for release in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The All India advance booking for the film is set to commence this evening.
Prior to its domestic release, Skanda’s overseas advance booking began 3-4 days ago. From the US market alone, the film has generated approximately $6,723 in advance booking earnings. This figure translates to roughly ₹5 lakh 57 thousand in Indian currency. The overseas advance booking response for Skanda has been decent so far.
