Chhava Box Office: Fourth Week Powerhouse Performance The film Chhava is completely on fire at the box office. While most Bollywood films tend to fizzle out in one or two weeks, Chhava is making such a tremendous earning in its fourth week that many Bollywood films fail to achieve similar collections in their first week. Chhava had already made record-breaking earnings in the Hindi market. From this week, the film has also been released in Telugu, and the Telugu collections of Chhava are higher than all other Bollywood films previously dubbed and released in Telugu.
Chhava, an historical action drama, was released on February 14 in Hindi only. Despite being released in a single language, the film earned more than ₹5500 crore worldwide within the first few days. After three weeks, Chhava has been dubbed and released in Telugu, and the response in Telugu has been completely “dangerous.” Many Bollywood films were previously dubbed and released in Telugu and Tamil, but they did not receive as much collection as Chhava is getting after being dubbed in Telugu. This is despite Chhava releasing three weeks later and many Telugu fans having already watched it in Hindi. These same fans are watching the film again in Telugu, alongside support from new audiences in the South. Consequently, the film is continuing to make record-breaking earnings in the South, in addition to Hindi. In its fourth week, Chhava is selling 10,000 to 15,000 tickets every hour.
