Animal has already broken the advance booking collection record of Salman Khan’s mega-budget film Tiger 3. The film is set to become the third Bollywood film of 2023, after Jawan and Pathaan, to earn ₹100 crore on its first day from Bollywood. Animal has received a tremendous response in the Hindi market and a good response in South Indian languages. This first-day Hindi booking of over ₹27 crore surpassed the opening collections of 80% of Bollywood films this year. Furthermore, the film generated an advance booking collection of ₹6.93 crore for its first day in India from South Indian languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The Telugu version contributed the highest collection among these South languages. The total first-day all-India advance booking collection across all five languages for Animal stands at ₹34.78 crore.

The India weekend booking for Animal has surpassed ₹50 crore. Specifically, the all-India weekend booking for the film reached approximately ₹56.42 crore.
Animal Overseas and Worldwide Advance Booking Totals
Animal’s overseas advance booking, combining its first day and premieres, amounted to $1.78 million. This figure translates to ₹14.83 crore in Indian currency. Therefore, the total worldwide advance booking collection for Animal has reached ₹71.25 crore, exceeding ₹70 crore in worldwide advance booking. The film is anticipated to achieve the biggest opening of Ranbir Kapoor’s career on its release day.
