Animal Box Office: First Week Collections Soar
The film “Animal” delivered a powerful performance in its first week. Its Hindi net collection for the initial seven days, or the first week, reached ₹303 crore 40 lakh. For South Indian languages, the film’s India net collection in the first week was in the range of ₹8 crore 60 lakh. Across all five languages, “Animal” achieved an All India Net Collection of ₹342 crore in its first week.
Animal Maintains Strong Performance in Second Week
Despite many Bollywood films typically losing momentum after the first week, “Animal” has continued its strong box office run. The film began its second week with impressive earnings. While new films were not released in Bollywood, several films were released in South Indian languages, including two big Telugu films and three to four smaller Tamil films on the eighth day. This led to a reduction in “Animal”‘s screen count in South Indian markets from the eighth day onwards. However, the Hindi version’s collections in the second week are reported to be excellent.
Animal Day 8 Box Office Collection Update
On its eighth day, “Animal” received approximately 25% occupancy in morning shows. The film’s bookings for afternoon, evening, and night shows were also solid. Based on available reports, “Animal” is estimated to achieve an All India Net Collection of approximately ₹22 crore on its eighth day.
Animal: India Gross and Overseas Collections
With the eighth day’s collection, the film’s All India Net Collection across all five languages for the initial eight days totals ₹364 crore. The India Gross Collection stands at ₹435 crore, indicating that the film has surpassed the ₹400 crore mark in India’s gross collections. The updated overseas collections for “Animal” are ₹168 crore.
Animal Worldwide Box Office: 8-Day Estimated Gross Reaches Milestone
Including its India Gross and Overseas collections, Ranbir Kapoor’s “Animal” has achieved an estimated World Wide Gross Collection of ₹603 crore within eight days. The film has impressively crossed the ₹600 crore mark globally in just 8 days. Looking ahead, it is confirmed that “Animal”‘s worldwide collection is expected to exceed ₹700 crore within the next two days. It is projected that the film will earn around ₹700 crore in approximately 10 days. With no major Bollywood film releasing until December 21st, and “Dunki” and “Salaar” releasing on December 21st and 22nd respectively, “Animal” is expected to dominate the box office, potentially reaching a worldwide collection of ₹1000 crore by then.
