The film, which was released this Friday in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages, has completed four days in cinemas.

In its first two days, Baahubali The Epic garnered an impressive ₹3 crore 11 lakh net collection from its Hindi version. On Sunday, its third day, the Hindi market contributed ₹1 crore 98 lakh. On its fourth day, an estimated ₹1 crore 30 lakh was earned from the Hindi version. This brings the total Hindi net collection for Baahubali The Epic to ₹6 crore 39 lakh over four days, with a Hindi gross collection of ₹7 crore 65 lakh. The film is expected to have a long run in the Hindi market as its appeal among Hindi audiences continues to grow.

Across all languages, Baahubali The Epic recorded an India net collection of ₹18 crore 14 lakh in its initial two days. On Sunday, the third day, it earned ₹6 crore 37 lakh from the Indian market across all languages. The fourth day saw an estimated collection of ₹2 crore 75 lakh from India across all languages. This totals Baahubali The Epic’s all-India net collection to ₹27 crore 26 lakh over four days, with an India gross collection of ₹32 crore 64 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection after four days stands at ₹45 crore 91 lakh. This collection has allowed Baahubali The Epic to surpass the lifetime collections of all previously re-released Indian films, including Sanam Teri Kasam, which had a worldwide collection of approximately ₹40 crore from its re-release.

Kantara Chapter 1 Achieves Mega Blockbuster Status

Kantara Chapter 1, released on October 2nd in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, has completed 33 days in cinemas. With a budget of ₹125 crore, this film has achieved a mega blockbuster status at the box office.

The film’s main market, Karnataka, contributed a gross collection of ₹254 crore 45 lakh. In the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it earned a significant ₹108 crore 25 lakh. Tamil Nadu saw collections of ₹76 crore 65 lakh, while Kerala contributed ₹58 crore 35 lakh. The North India gross collection for Kantara Chapter 1 reached ₹60 crore, surpassing its main market collections in some areas. The all-India gross collection across all languages stands at ₹757 crore 70 lakh. The film’s overseas market added a final collection of ₹122 crore 30 lakh, bringing its total worldwide box office collection to ₹880 crore. Thama’s 14-Day Box Office Performance

The Bollywood film Thama, released during the Diwali festival period, has completed 14 days in cinemas in both Hindi and Telugu languages. With a budget of ₹145 crore, the film initially received a strong opening. However, collections declined after the Diwali holidays, and the second weekend did not see significant growth.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, another Bollywood film released last week, has completed 14 days in cinemas. Despite being released with limited screens, the film, made on a budget of ₹35 crore, secured a good opening and maintained strong collections during weekdays. Even with a reduction in screens during its second week due to new releases, the film’s collections remained robust, leading it to become a big superhit at the box office.

In its first 12 days, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat achieved an India net collection of ₹68 crore 5 lakh. On its 13th day (second Sunday), the film earned ₹3 crore 47 lakh from the Indian box office. The estimated collection for its 14th day is ₹1 crore 85 lakh in the Indian market. This brings the film’s all-India net collection to ₹73 crore 37 lakh over 14 days, with an India gross collection of ₹87 crore 91 lakh. The worldwide box office collection for Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has reached ₹98 crore 56 lakh. It is projected that the film will cross the ₹100 crore mark globally on its 15th day. Ticket rates have been reduced starting today, and despite already having limited screens, the morning show occupancy has significantly decreased compared to yesterday, with afternoon, evening, and night show bookings also showing a decline.
