Bhool Chuk Maaf Box Office: Strong Second Week Performance

Bollywood’s romantic comedy-drama film, Bhool Chuk Maaf, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, had a budget of ₹50 crore. The film has now entered its second week in cinemas and continues to perform strongly at the box office. With no new Bollywood releases this week, the film faced no competition, contributing to its robust start in the second week.

The film collected ₹42.01 crore as its India net collection in the initial six days. On its seventh day, Bhool Chuk Maaf earned ₹4.62 crore at the Indian box office. Reports indicate that the film maintained excellent occupancy on its eighth day, collecting approximately ₹3.5 crore from India. Consequently, the total India net collection for Bhool Chuk Maaf over eight days stands at ₹49.13 crore, with an India gross collection of ₹58.46 crore. The film’s worldwide box office collection so far has reached ₹62.50 crore, marking it as a hit against its ₹50 crore budget.

Kesari Veer Box Office Update: Flop Performance in First 8 Days

The historical drama film Kesari Veer, featuring Suniel Shetty, Vivek Oberoi, and Sooraj Pancholi, has a budget of ₹60 crore. The movie completed one week in cinemas yesterday and has now entered its second week. The film received a limited number of screens and shows in its first week, and this trend continues into the second week. Despite the absence of new Bollywood releases this week, the film’s collections remain low. It now appears the film will not even recover half of its budget.

Kesari Veer’s initial six-day India net collection was ₹7.51 crore. On its seventh day, the film added ₹78 lakh to its India net collection. However, occupancy decreased on the eighth day, with the film earning an estimated ₹65 lakh. The total India net collection for Kesari Veer after eight days is ₹8.94 crore, while the India gross collection stands at ₹10.63 crore. Globally, the film’s worldwide box office collection totals ₹12.56 crore over eight days. With a budget of ₹60 crore, the film’s earning of approximately ₹12.5 crore in eight days confirms its status as a significant box office flop.

Red 2 Continues Box Office Dominance, Nearing ₹250 Crore Worldwide

Superstar Ajay Devgan’s Red 2, which also stars Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor, has now completed 30 days in cinemas. Despite a reduced screen count, the film continues to generate substantial earnings. With no new Bollywood films released this week, Red 2 has another strong opportunity to add to its collections.

The film garnered an India net collection of ₹170.91 crore over its first 28 days. On the 29th day, Red 2 collected ₹5 lakh. For its 30th day, the film is estimated to earn approximately ₹70 lakh. This brings Red 2’s total India net collection to ₹172.46 crore after 30 days, with an India gross collection of ₹205.22 crore. The worldwide box office collection for Red 2 stands at ₹237.75 crore within 30 days. Against a budget of ₹55 crore, Red 2 has already achieved the status of a big blockbuster. The film is expected to continue its run for another 5-6 days, with projections suggesting its final box office collection could reach the ₹250 crore mark.
