Gadar 2 Box Office Collections: Third Week Records
Gadar 2 is currently in its third week in cinemas and continues to achieve record-breaking collections. The film’s collections are comparable to what other Bollywood films typically earn in their first week. Gadar 2 is expected to continue strong earnings until the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, and even maintain good screen presence and collections into its fifth week.
In its first week, Gadar 2 recorded an India net collection of ₹284.63 crore. The second week saw an India net collection of ₹134 crore. In the third week, on the 15th day, the film collected ₹7.10 crore India net. A significant jump was observed on the 16th day, with India net collections reaching ₹13.50 crore. On the 17th day, a Sunday, Gadar 2’s collections saw a big surge, with morning shows reporting housefuls in many places and advance bookings for full-day shows also strong. The film is doing an India net collection of ₹18.50 crore on its 17th day.

Ayushmann Khurrana’s film Dream Girl 2, released this week, demonstrated strong earnings in its first three days. The film started with a blockbuster earning on its first day. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s film Jawan is nearing its release, and its advance booking has begun in some selected cities in India, alongside existing overseas advance bookings.
The overseas advance booking for Jawan has reached ₹7.43 crore. In India, limited advance booking has generated ₹90,000 in collections in a few cities like Thane. Full India advance booking is expected to begin next week. Based on the advance booking response, Jawan is projected to achieve an opening of over ₹150 crore on its first day at the box office. If the film is well-received, its lifetime collection could exceed ₹1000 crore.
