Bollywood historical drama film Kesari Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar, R. Madhavan, and Ananya Pandey, has completed one week in cinemas and is now entering its second week. The film initially received 1750 screens in India upon release. Due to positive reviews, its screen count gradually increased, and it is currently running in over 2000 screens worldwide. With no major Bollywood film releasing this week, Kesari Chapter 2 is expected to maintain a significant number of screens in its second week.

Regarding its box office performance, Kesari Chapter 2 achieved an India net collection of ₹39 crore 16 lakh in its initial five days. On its sixth day, the film earned ₹3 crore 28 lakh at the Indian box office. On its seventh day, with occupancy similar to the previous day and a slight drop, the film collected ₹3 crore 25 lakh. From overseas markets, the film has earned over ₹21 crore in its first week. Consequently, Kesari Chapter 2’s first-week worldwide box office collection totals ₹75 crore 43 lakh. With a budget of ₹80 crore, the film has already earned over ₹75 crore in its first week and is anticipated to make substantial collections in its second weekend, with expectations of achieving a “Hit” or “Superhit” status at the box office soon.

Jaat Box Office: 15-Day Total Collections & Trends

The action-drama film Jaat, featuring Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu, has been in cinemas for over two weeks and continues to collect crores daily. The film, made on an approximate budget of ₹100 crore, saw strong box office collections in its first week. Despite competition from Kesari Chapter 2 in its second week, Jaat maintained impressive earnings.

For its box office performance, Jaat accumulated an India net collection of ₹79 crore 13 lakh in its initial 13 days. On its 14th day, the film added ₹1 crore 58 lakh to its India collection. On the 15th day, with a 7-8% drop in occupancy compared to the previous day, the film recorded an India net collection of ₹1 crore 45 lakh. This brings Jaat’s total India net collection for the first 15 days to ₹82 crore 20 lakh. The India gross collection is ₹97 crore 81 lakh. The film’s overseas collection up to 15 days stands at ₹12 crore 74 lakh. With these figures combined, Jaat’s total worldwide collection for the first 15 days has reached ₹110 crore 55 lakh, exceeding ₹110 crore globally. The film is expected to show significant growth in its third week, with projections for a substantial collection over the upcoming Saturday (half holiday) and Sunday (full holiday).
