The film’s collection performance suggests that such figures may be beyond the reach of any other Bollywood superstar in the future, save for Shah Rukh Khan himself.
Jawan’s Four-Day Worldwide Box Office Update
Released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu with a budget of 300 crores, Jawan secured an India Net Collection of 75 crores across all three languages on its opening day. The second day’s India Net Collection surpassed 53 crores. On its third day, the film achieved an India Net Collection of approximately 78 crores across all three languages. The fourth day, a Sunday, saw an impressive India Net Collection of 82 crores, marking the first time any Bollywood film has earned 82 crores India Net in a single day.
Over its initial four days, Jawan’s total India Net Collection across all three languages stands at 281 crores. The India Gross Collection for the same period reached 343 crores. Furthermore, the film garnered an impressive 175 crores from overseas markets in four days. Cumulatively, Jawan’s worldwide collection reached 518 crores within just four days. This initial performance suggests the film’s lifetime collection is likely to surpass Shah Rukh Khan’s previous film, Pathaan, which earned approximately 1040-1050 crores, with Jawan’s lifetime projected to reach between 1200 to 1500 crores. The film is expected to continue its run for another 5-6 weeks.
Gadar 2 Maintains Strong Box Office Performance in Fifth Week
Gadar 2, which released alongside OMG 2 and Jailer, continues its strong run even as the other two films have largely exited cinemas. Despite the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan in its fifth week, which reduced Gadar 2’s screen count to approximately 30 screens and decreased show timings, the film is consistently collecting. It is anticipated that Gadar 2 will easily surpass the lifetime India Net Collection of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan (Hindi version). Gadar 2 has already achieved the status of an All-Time Blockbuster at the Box Office.

Anil Sharma’s directorial, Gadar 2, recorded an India Net Collection of 510 crores within its first four weeks. Entering its fifth week, the film earned 1.60 crores on Friday, 1.90 crores on Saturday, and an estimated 2.50 crores on Sunday. This brings Gadar 2’s total India Net Collection to 516 crores, with an India Gross Collection of 615 crores. The film has also collected 70 crores gross from overseas markets. OMG 2’s Box Office Success: A Super Duper Hit
Akshay Kumar’s film OMG 2, directed by Amit Rai, was released on August 11 and has been in cinemas for over a month. It is currently running on approximately 50-60 screens across India, and its final collection is almost complete. Despite facing strong competition from Gadar 2 in its first week and Dream Girl 2 two weeks later, OMG 2 has achieved remarkable collections both in India and globally, earning a “Super Duper Hit” tag at the Box Office.

Superstar Rajinikanth’s film Jailer, released across five languages—Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada—a month ago, has now exited most cinemas due to its availability on OTT platforms. However, it continues to run on a select few screens in Tamil Nadu. Jailer has achieved an All-Time Blockbuster status at the Box Office.
Jailer’s Worldwide and Regional Box Office Breakdown
The final collection figures for Jailer indicate a detailed breakdown of its gross earnings: 207 crores from Tamil Nadu, 90 crores from Telugu states, 60 crores from Kerala, 73 crores from Karnataka, and approximately 17 crores from North India (Rest of India). The film’s overseas collection contributed 201 crores. This brings Jailer’s final worldwide gross collection to 648 crores. It is anticipated that the film’s collection may increase by an additional 2 crores, potentially reaching a final collection of 650 crores.
