Kalki Box Office: Prabhas Starrer Crosses ₹1100 Crore Worldwide

Superstar Prabhas’s film Kalki has crossed the ₹1100 crore mark worldwide. The film continues to increase its earnings at a fast pace, indicating it might surpass the lifetime collections of RRR, KGF 2, and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan globally in the coming days. Kalki, a pan-India film directed by Nag Ashwin, was released on June 27 in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film is currently in its fourth week in cinemas, having completed 25 days, with today marking its 26th day.

Kalki has maintained strong earnings across all languages since its release, despite numerous other South Indian and Bollywood films releasing and failing during this period. The film has already garnered over ₹1100 crore worldwide from all five languages.

Kalki Day-Wise & Total Collections

For its Hindi release, Kalki accumulated a net collection of over ₹273 crore within the first 24 days. On its 25th day, which was the fourth Sunday, the Hindi net collection exceeded ₹5.5 crore. The film’s 26th day Hindi net collection is approximately ₹3.70 crore.

With these figures, Kalki’s Hindi net collection for the first 26 days stands at ₹280 crore 20 lakh. The Hindi gross collection is ₹332 crore 82 lakh. From South Indian languages, Kalki has achieved a total India gross collection of ₹501 crore 61 lakh. This brings the film’s total India gross collection across all five languages to ₹834 crore 41 lakh.

Additionally, Kalki has earned over ₹270 crore from overseas markets. Consequently, Kalki’s total worldwide box office collection for the first 26 days has reached ₹1105 crore. In just 26 days, Kalki has achieved phenomenal earnings of over ₹1100 crore worldwide, solidifying its status as a blockbuster at the box office. The film has crossed the ₹1100 crore milestone, with anticipation for its final collection to potentially reach ₹1150 crore or even ₹1200 crore worldwide.

Indian 2 Box Office: Worldwide Collections at ₹159 Crore After 11 Days

The pan-India film Indian 2, featuring legendary superstar Kamal Haasan and directed by Shankar, has completed 11 days in cinemas. Released in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada – the film’s worldwide collection has surpassed the ₹150 crore mark within 11 days. However, the film has been declared a major disaster at the box office.

The majority of Indian 2’s collections came from Tamil, with some contributions from Telugu, while the film was completely washed out in the Hindi market. The film’s India net collection from all five languages in the initial 9 days was ₹89 crore 77 lakh. On the 10th day, being a Sunday, the film earned ₹2 crore 31 lakh. On its 11th day, Indian 2 is estimated to collect approximately ₹65 lakh from the all-India market.

This brings Indian 2’s all-India net collection for the first 11 days to ₹92 crore 73 lakh, with an India gross collection of ₹110 crore 34 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection in 11 days stands at ₹159 crore 88 lakh. Globally, the film has earned around ₹160 crore. It is anticipated that the film’s final collection might only add another ₹6-7 crore at most, cementing its status as one of the biggest disaster films of the year.

Sarfira Box Office: Akshay Kumar’s Film Declared Disaster, Earns ₹38 Crore Worldwide in 11 Days

Bollywood film Sarfira, an official Hindi remake of the Tamil movie Soorarai Pottru, directed by Sudha Kongara, was made on a budget of ₹80 crore. The film had a disaster opening at the box office. While Sarfira managed decent earnings in its first week, collections significantly plummeted in the second weekend due to new releases and a reduction in screens and shows.

Sarfira’s all-India net collection in the initial nine days was ₹22 crore 75 lakh. On the 10th day, which was the second Sunday, its India net collection was ₹1 crore 87 lakh. On its 11th day, the movie is earning less than ₹1 crore, with all-India collections estimated to be around ₹90 lakh.

As a result, Sarfira’s all-India net collection for the first 11 days has reached ₹25 crore 52 lakh, with an India gross collection of ₹30 crore 41 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection in 11 days stands at ₹38 crore 55 lakh. Given its budget of ₹80 crore and 11-day earnings of only ₹38 crore 55 lakh, Akshay Kumar’s Sarfira has proven to be a major disaster at the box office.
