Kalki Box Office: Historic 18-Day Collection
The film Kalki has completely dominated the box office, having already surpassed the ₹1000 crore mark. After 18 days in cinemas, the film continues to earn more day by day compared to this week’s releases, Akshay Kumar’s Sarphira and Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. The 18-day collection of Kalki is historic, and it is anticipated that the film will soon cross the lifetime box office collections of Jawan, Pathaan, RRR, and KGF 2.
Kalki Hindi Version Box Office Performance
Kalki‘s Hindi net collection for the initial 15 days (two weeks) stood at ₹233 crore 12 lakh. On the 16th day, its Hindi collection was ₹4 crore 25 lakh. Kalki Worldwide Box Office Milestones
The worldwide collection across all five languages for Kalki is historic. The film earned ₹700 crore in its initial six days and crossed the ₹800 crore mark in nine days. Within 11 days, it had earned over ₹900 crore globally. By the 16th day, Kalki‘s worldwide collection surpassed ₹1000 crore, a milestone officially announced by the makers. On the 17th day, the film added ₹19 crore to its worldwide gross collection. For the 18th day, Kalki is projected to collect approximately ₹26 crore worldwide. This brings Kalki‘s total worldwide box office collection for the first 18 days to ₹1045 crore, demonstrating a magnificent earning globally.
Indian 2 Box Office: Initial 3-Day Collections
Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, released across 6500 screens worldwide in five languages, accumulated over ₹100 crore in three days. Despite the decent collections on day one, the film experienced a significant drop of approximately 30% on its second day, earning an India net collection of ₹18 crore 42 lakh, down from ₹33 crore 10 lakh on its first day. On the third day (Sunday), the film saw slight growth compared to day two, with an estimated India net collection of around ₹20 crore. The total all-India net collection for Indian 2 in its opening three days stands at ₹71 crore 52 lakh. The India gross collection for these three days is ₹85 crore 12 lakh. From overseas markets, the film has collected ₹34 crore 28 lakh to date. Consequently, Indian 2‘s three-day worldwide box office collection totals ₹119 crore 40 lakh.
Sarphira Box Office Performance & Day-Wise Earnings
Akshay Kumar’s Sarphira received a very slow opening, marking one of the lowest career openings for the actor. Despite this, the film showed a significant increase in collections on its second day, which then further improved on the third day (Sunday). On its first day, Sarphira‘s all-India net collection was in the range of ₹2.5 crore. The second day saw a substantial jump, almost doubling its first-day earnings with an India net collection of ₹4 crore 62 lakh. For the third day, the film is estimated to achieve an India net collection of ₹6 crore 15 lakh, benefiting from better occupancy in morning shows and solid bookings for afternoon, evening, and night shows. This brings Sarphira‘s cumulative all-India net collection for the initial three days to ₹13 crore 27 lakh. The India gross collection for the film over three days is ₹15 crore 28 lakh.
Worldwide Box Office: Sarphira’s First Three Days
Sarphira has earned approximately ₹3 crore 97 lakh from overseas markets. Combining its domestic and international collections, the film’s total worldwide box office collection for the first three days stands at ₹19 crore 76 lakh. Overall, Akshay Kumar’s Sarphira has collected approximately ₹20 crore globally in three days, which is considered a decent earning for a remake film.
Box Office Trends: Kalki Dominates Over New Releases
Even in its third week, Kalki‘s collection momentum shows no signs of slowing down. Despite having significantly fewer screens than the newly released Sarphira and Indian 2, Kalki continues to generate higher daily earnings than both films. This trend highlights Kalki‘s sustained strong performance at the box office, standing firm even as new films enter and exit the theatrical run.
