OG Box Office: 13-Day Worldwide Collection Details
The action crime drama thriller film OG (De Call Him OG) saw its maximum collections from the Telugu version, primarily due to Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s stardom. While the film had a decent buzz in the Hindi market, it did not achieve significant earnings from its Hindi version at the box office. This was attributed to the makers not promoting the film properly in Hindi and releasing it on fewer screens. However, the film has already made record-breaking earnings globally, exclusively in Telugu languages.
OG has collected a gross of ₹193 crore 65 lakh in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. In Karnataka, the film earned ₹11 crore 48 lakh, while in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, it collected ₹5 crore 21 lakh. The film was released in both Telugu and Hindi versions in North India, where it garnered a gross collection of ₹7 crore 38 lakh from both versions combined. With these figures, OG’s all-India gross collection has reached ₹25 crore 72 lakh.
The film has also performed well overseas, with an overseas gross collection of ₹84 crore 28 lakh. This brings OG’s total worldwide box office collection to ₹310 crore. The film’s worldwide theatrical rights were sold for ₹170 crore, and it needed to collect only ₹300 crore to be considered a clean hit at the box office. Having already surpassed ₹310 crore globally, the film is now a box office hit, with expectations for further earnings that could potentially lead to a “superhit” tag.
