Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, which released in late 2024, is still making strong earnings as the new year (2025) begins. The film was released on December 5th and has now completed four weeks in cinemas. Despite the change of year, Pushpa 2’s earning pace has not slowed down. While collections had dipped slightly on weekdays, the film benefited from the First January holiday, becoming fully housefull across India again today. It is anticipated that Pushpa 2 will continue its impressive run at the box office until January 26th, driven by its excellent Hindi collections.

Initially, as Pushpa 2 entered its fourth week, its screen count was reduced. However, due to the underperformance of newer films, Pushpa 2’s screens in the Hindi version have increased again, contributing to its renewed strong earnings. The film’s opening was tremendous, with first-day worldwide earnings of ₹294 crore and a first-day Hindi collection exceeding ₹72 crore. The first-week collections surpassed ₹1000 crore, and the film maintained a strong hold in its second week with record-breaking collections. The third week also saw robust earnings.
