Superstar Ajay Devgn’s film, Red 2, has shown explosive earnings day by day, which is not surprising given the positive reviews it received and Ajay Devgn’s star power. The film’s collections have been robust over two weeks, and it is set to enter its third week. Red 2 had a budget of ₹55 crore.
The film’s initial 12 days India net collection stood at ₹139 crore 39 lakh. On its 13th day, Red 2 earned approximately ₹4 crore at the Indian box office. However, the 14th day saw a significant drop in occupancy, with the film collecting approximately ₹3.5 crore India net. With this, Red 2’s total all-India net collection for the first 14 days reached ₹136 crore 91 lakh. The India gross collection amounted to ₹162 crore 85 lakh. Globally, the film’s worldwide box office collection for two weeks reached ₹182 crore 47 lakh. Surpassing its budget, Red 2 has already been declared a super-duper hit and is anticipated to achieve blockbuster status.
Natural Star Nani’s Hit 3 Crosses ₹100 Crore Gross Mark
Natural Star Nani’s Hit 3, a Telugu film with a budget of ₹80 crore, was also dubbed and released in Hindi and other South Indian languages. The film maintained decent earnings in its second week despite being shown on fewer screens, with its overall collection described as completely amazing.
Hit 3 garnered an India net collection of ₹81 crore 78 lakh in its initial 12 days. On its 13th day, the film added ₹1 crore 27 lakh to its Indian box office earnings. The 14th day experienced a drop in occupancy, resulting in an Indian market collection of ₹1 crore 10 lakh. Cumulatively, Hit 3’s India net collection over 14 days reached ₹84 crore 15 lakh. Impressively, its India gross collection crossed the ₹100 crore mark, standing at ₹100 crore 13 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection totaled ₹133 crore 60 lakh. Based on its performance, Natural Star Nani’s Hit 3 has also been deemed a hit film at the box office.
Sur’s Retro Box Office Performance Update
Sur’s film Retro, originally a Tamil production, had a budget of ₹70 crore and was also dubbed and released in Hindi and Telugu. In its first week, the film recorded good earnings in Tamil Nadu and overseas. However, Retro did not show significant growth at the box office in its second week, with its Telugu and Hindi versions completely out of cinemas. All current earnings are exclusively from the Tamil version.
Retro accumulated an India net collection of ₹73 crore 61 lakh over its initial 12 days. On the 13th day, the film collected ₹1 crore 16 lakh at the Indian box office. Its 14th-day performance saw a considerable drop in occupancy, earning only ₹1 crore in the Indian market. Consequently, Retro’s cumulative India net collection for the first 14 days is ₹75 crore 77 lakh. The India gross collection stands at ₹90 crore 16 lakh, while its worldwide box office collection has reached ₹122 crore 95 lakh. Considering its budget, Retro has been declared a hit film.
The Bhootni 14-Day Box Office Report
The Bollywood horror-comedy film The Bhootni, starring Sanjay Dutt, had a modest budget of only ₹25 crore. The film has completed 14 days in cinemas, showing decent earnings worldwide over these two weeks. Due to its low budget and release on fewer screens, The Bhootni did not achieve a large opening. However, it received decent reviews, which contributed to its continued, albeit small, earnings into the second week.

The India gross collection is reported as ₹1 crore 12 lakh. Its worldwide box office collection stands at ₹17 crore 46 lakh. With a budget of ₹25 crore, it remains to be seen if The Bhootni will be able to recover its production costs.
