Captain Miller Box Office Advance Booking Update
Dhanush’s action-drama film, Captain Miller, is set to release on January 12th. The film’s advance booking, currently limited to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, has shown promising numbers. The movie has garnered ₹2 crore 92 lakh from India’s advance booking. From the overseas market, Captain Miller has collected ₹2 crore 16 lakh in advance bookings. This brings the film’s total worldwide advance booking to ₹5 crore 8 lakh, crossing the ₹5 crore mark even before its release.
HanuMan Box Office Advance Booking Details
The pan-India film HanuMan, directed by Prashanth Varma, is slated for release on January 12th in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film has strategically commenced paid premier shows in Telugu states from the evening of January 11th. As of now, advance booking has only opened for the Telugu language, collecting ₹2 crore 14 lakh from India. Overseas advance bookings for HanuMan stand at ₹1 crore 88 lakh. In total, the film’s first-day worldwide advance booking, including premiers, has reached ₹4 crore 2 lakh.
Guntur Kaaram Pre-Release Box Office Trend
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s action-packed film Guntur Kaaram, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, will release exclusively in Telugu on January 12th. Despite limited advance bookings in select cities of Karnataka and Telugu states, the film has shown strong pre-release numbers. Guntur Kaaram has recorded an India advance booking of ₹5 crore 27 lakh. Its overseas advance booking has reached ₹12 crore 35 lakh. This results in a worldwide first-day advance booking of ₹17 crore 62 lakh. With full advance bookings expected to open across India this evening, the film is projected to achieve advance bookings in the range of ₹30 to ₹40 crore, with an estimated first-day collection of ₹65 to ₹70 crore.
Dunki Box Office Performance: 21-Day Collections
Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki, a comedy-drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani, has completed 21 days in cinemas. The total 21-day all-India net collection for Dunki stands at ₹226 crore 83 lakh, with an India gross collection of approximately ₹270 crore. From overseas markets, the film has accumulated ₹188 crore. Cumulatively, Dunki‘s worldwide box office collection after 21 days is ₹458 crore.
Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1 Box Office Dominance
Prabhas’s action film, Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1, directed by Prashanth Neel, released on December 22, 2023, and has completed 20 days in cinemas. The film, released in five languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada), has achieved robust earnings across languages, particularly excelling in Hindi and Telugu markets. Despite competition and fewer screens, Salaar‘s Hindi collection was remarkable. Its Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil versions did not perform as strongly.
The film’s initial 19 days saw a Hindi net collection of ₹178 crore 20 lakh, while south Indian languages contributed ₹292 crore 53 lakh net. This brings Salaar‘s total India net collection across all five languages for 19 days to ₹470 crore 73 lakh. On its 20th day, the film collected an all-India net of ₹2 crore 30 lakh from all languages. Consequently, Salaar‘s 20-day India net collection totals ₹473 crore 3 lakh, with an India gross collection of ₹564 crore. The overseas market has contributed ₹149 crore to its earnings. In its first 20 days, Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1 has amassed a worldwide box office collection of ₹713 crore.
