Laapataa Ladies Box Office Collection Update
Kiran Rao’s comedy-drama film “Laapataa Ladies,” produced by Aamir Khan with a budget of just ₹5 crore, has surprised at the box office. The film has earned more than its budget worldwide within three days of its release. On its first day, “Laapataa Ladies” secured an India net collection of ₹1 crore 2 lakh. The film saw significant growth on its second day, collecting ₹1 crore 85 lakh in India net. The third day’s opening surpassed that of the first and second days, bringing in an India net collection of ₹2 crore 50 lakh.
With these figures, the film’s initial three-day India net collection stands at ₹5 crore 37 lakh. The India gross collection reached ₹6 crore 40 lakh. Furthermore, “Laapataa Ladies” garnered ₹1 crore 75 lakh from the overseas market. This brings the film’s three-day worldwide box office collection to a total of ₹8 crore 15 lakh, indicating a clean hit performance at the box office.
Article 370 Box Office Success
The film “Article 370,” starring Yami Gautam, Priyamani, and Arun Govil, had a budget of ₹20 crore. The film has now been in cinemas for 10 days and has already earned approximately four times its budget. “Article 370” achieved an India net collection of ₹38 crore 82 lakh within its first week. On its eighth day, the film collected ₹3 crore 12 lakh, followed by ₹5 crore 46 lakh on its ninth day. Due to Sunday, the film experienced a significant growth in collections on its tenth day, with an India net collection of ₹7 crore.
Cumulatively, the initial 10-day India net collection for “Article 370” is ₹54 crore 40 lakh. The India gross collection reached ₹65 crore. The film also added ₹8 crore from the overseas market, resulting in a worldwide box office collection of ₹73 crore over 10 days. Based on its budget and collection, “Article 370” has already achieved a Super Duper Hit status at the box office.
Bhimaa Advance Booking Insights
The upcoming Telugu film “Bhimaa,” featuring Gopichand, saw a limited advance booking launch yesterday evening in the Telugu states. Despite the limited release of bookings, the film has received a strong response. To date, “Bhimaa” has accumulated an advance booking collection of ₹1 lakh. The full advance booking for the film has not yet commenced.
Shaitaan Advance Booking Performance
Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn’s film “Shaitaan,” also starring R Madhavan and Jyothika, began its advance booking in India. The response to the advance booking has been exceptional, even though it has started in a limited number of cities across India. Full all-India booking for the film is expected to begin in two days. Overseas advance bookings for “Shaitaan” commenced two days prior.
Currently, the India advance booking for “Shaitaan” stands at ₹51 lakh. The overseas advance booking has reached ₹28 lakh. This totals the worldwide advance booking collection for “Shaitaan” to ₹79 lakh. It is important to note that this collection is from limited bookings, and significant growth is anticipated once all-India bookings open.
Crakk 10-Day Worldwide Box Office Collection
The action-packed film “Crakk,” starring Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, and Nora Fatehi, completed 10 days at the box office. With a budget of ₹45 crore, the film’s initial seven-day (first week) worldwide box office collection was ₹23 crore 95 lakh. On its second Friday (eighth day), “Crakk” collected ₹1 crore 6 lakh worldwide. The ninth day saw the film earn ₹2 crore 48 lakh worldwide.
On its tenth day, which was a Sunday, “Crakk” experienced a slight growth in collections compared to the previous day. Morning, afternoon, and evening/night show bookings were notably better than the previous day. As per reports, “Crakk” collected ₹1 crore 60 lakh worldwide on its tenth day (second Sunday). This brings the film’s total worldwide box office collection over 10 days to ₹28 crore 9 lakh. Considering its budget of ₹45 crore, “Crakk” has been declared a flop at the box office.
