Sikandar Box Office: First Week Worldwide Collection Details

Megastar Salman Khan’s film Sikandar, released on Eid, has successfully completed one week in cinemas. The film recorded strong collections during its first week from both India and overseas markets. Despite certain reviews, the film’s earnings have been notable.

The film, which was released on a Sunday, saw a good first-week run at the box office. Additionally, Sikandar demonstrated a significant jump in collections during its second weekend. With a stated budget of ₹200 crore, the film’s performance in its initial days is key.

Sikandar achieved an all-India net collection of ₹105 crore 17 lakh in its first five days. On its sixth day, the film added ₹4 crore 48 lakh to its Indian box office earnings. For its seventh day (Saturday), Sikandar is estimated to collect approximately ₹6.5 crore from the Indian market. This estimate is based on improved occupancy in morning, afternoon, evening, and night shows compared to the previous day.

This brings Sikandar’s total all-India net collection over seven days to ₹116 crore 15 lakh. The film’s India gross collection for the same period stands at ₹138 crore 21 lakh. Furthermore, Sikandar’s overseas gross collection has reached ₹48 crore 96 lakh. Cumulatively, Sikandar’s total worldwide collection for the first seven days stands at ₹187 crore 17 lakh, surpassing ₹187 crore. A substantial jump in collections is anticipated for Sunday. The film is expected to surpass its budget in worldwide earnings within the next two days.

Em Puraan (Lucifer 2) 10-Day Worldwide Box Office Collection

The action-crime thriller film Em Puraan, also known as Lucifer 2, had a budget of ₹150 crore. The film was released in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, with Malayalam as its original language.

In its initial 10 days, Em Puraan garnered over ₹250 crore across all languages globally. The film sustained robust collections in its second week, following excellent first-week earnings, and experienced another significant jump during the weekend.

Mohanlal’s Em Puraan accumulated an India net collection of ₹91 crore 58 lakh in its first nine days. Consequently, Em Puraan’s total India net collection for the first 10 days reached ₹97 crore 8 lakh. The film’s India gross collection for this period is ₹115 crore 52 lakh. The total worldwide collection for Em Puraan over the initial 10 days has reached ₹253 crore 28 lakh, exceeding ₹253 crore. The film has been declared a major hit at the global box office.

Jaat Advance Booking Collections: Overseas Performance

Sunny Deol’s upcoming film Jaat is scheduled for release on April 10th. Advance bookings for the film have commenced in overseas markets.

The first-day advance booking for Jaat in overseas territories has reached ₹12,000 (US dollars), which is equivalent to ₹1 crore 4 lakh in Indian Rupees. For the four-day weekend, the film’s overseas advance booking stands at ₹183,000 (US dollars), translating to ₹1 crore 56 lakh in Indian currency.

All-India advance booking for Jaat is slated to begin this evening in limited locations, with nationwide booking commencing from April 6th. The film is expected to break several Indian advance booking collection records this year once domestic bookings open.
