Kill Box Office: Initial Two-Day Performance

The film “Kill,” featuring Lakshya Lalwani and Raghav Juyal, was released globally on 1500 screens with a budget of ₹15 crore. Despite a slow opening at the box office, positive reviews led to significant growth in its second-day collections.

On its first day, “Kill” recorded an All India Net Collection of ₹1 crore 86 lakh. The second day saw a notable increase in occupancy, with morning shows performing 50% better than the first day, and evening and night show bookings also showing significant improvement. As a result, the film’s second-day India Net Collection reached ₹2 crore 50 lakh.

Kill’s Two-Day Total Collections

Over its initial two days, “Kill” accumulated an All India Net Collection of ₹4 crore 36 lakh. The India Gross Collection for the same period stands at ₹5 crore 18 lakh. Internationally, the film’s overseas gross collection is in the range of ₹2 crore 15 lakh. Consequently, “Kill” achieved a World Wide Box Office Collection of ₹7 crore 33 lakh within its first two days, which is considered a decent collection for its star cast.

Kalki Box Office: A Second Weekend Surge

Pan-India superstar Prabhas’s film “Kalki” began its second weekend with a strong performance at the box office, achieving explosive earnings once again. The film’s worldwide collection is nearing the ₹1000 crore mark. “Kalki,” directed by Nag Ashwin, stars Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani, and was released in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film has completed 10 days in cinemas.

Kalki’s Hindi Market Performance

“Kalki” has shown remarkable performance in the Hindi market despite minimal promotion. Its initial 10-day collections are significantly higher than Hrithik Roshan’s film “Fighter.” There is an expectation that “Kalki” will soon surpass “Fighter’s” lifetime Hindi net collection, potentially setting a new record for the highest-earning Hindi film of the year.

The film’s Hindi Net Collection for the first eight days was ₹163 crore 25 lakh. On its ninth day, “Kalki” earned approximately ₹10 crore in the Hindi market. For the 10th day, a Saturday, the film’s morning shows maintained occupancy similar to the previous day. However, benefiting from a half-holiday, “Kalki” showed considerable growth in advance bookings for its afternoon, evening, and night shows. Reports indicate the 10th-day Hindi Net Collection is ₹11 crore 50 lakh. This brings “Kalki’s” total initial 10-day Hindi Net Collection to ₹184 crore 55 lakh, with a Hindi Gross Collection of ₹219 crore 63 lakh.

Kalki’s Worldwide Box Office Dominance

“Kalki” has demonstrated exceptional worldwide performance. Its collection across all languages in 10 days has already doubled the final lifetime collection of all other films released this year, encompassing both South Indian and Bollywood productions.

The film’s initial eight-day worldwide earnings stood at ₹774 crore. The 10th day, a Saturday, saw a substantial increase in collections across South Indian languages, mirroring the growth observed in the Hindi market. The film’s 10th-day worldwide box office collection is approximately ₹50 crore. With this, “Kalki’s” total worldwide box office collection for its initial 10 days has reached ₹856 crore, successfully surpassing the ₹850 crore mark globally. The film is anticipated to cross a minimum of ₹1000 crore in worldwide box office collections within the next three to four days.
