Kalki, Deadpool, and Wolverine: Latest Box Office Collection & Prabhas Updates

Bad News Dominates Box Office in First Five Days

The Bollywood comedy-drama film Bad News has completed five days in cinemas, showcasing strong box office performance. The film recorded Vicky Kaushal’s biggest opening in India for his career. Weekend collections were robust, and the movie continues its impressive performance during the weekdays.

Bad News accumulated an initial three-day weekend India Net Collection of ₹30 crore 62 lakh. On its fourth day, the film added ₹3 crore 7 lakh to its India Net Collection. Early estimates for the fifth day indicate an India Net Collection of ₹3 crore 50 lakh, despite a slight drop in occupancy compared to the previous day. This brings the film’s total five-day India Net Collection to ₹37 crore 80 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹44 crore 95 lakh.

The film’s overseas market collection has also exceeded expectations, with an updated figure of ₹22 crore 13 lakh. Cumulatively, Bad News has achieved a worldwide box office collection of ₹67 crore 8 lakh in its first five days. Projections suggest that the film’s worldwide collection will surpass its budget by its sixth day, making it a clean hit at the box office.

Sarfira’s Box Office Struggle

Akshay Kumar’s biopic drama film Sarfira, released last week, has completed 12 days in cinemas, with its box office performance trailing behind his earlier release, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. While the film’s first-week earnings were moderate, the second-week collections proved disappointing.

Sarfira’s initial 10-day India Net Collection stood at ₹24 crore 71 lakh. On its eleventh day, the film collected ₹90 lakh. Estimates for the twelfth day suggest an earning of approximately ₹60 lakh, as occupancy dropped further. This brings Sarfira’s total 12-day India Net Collection to ₹26 crore 24 lakh, with an India Gross Collection of ₹31 crore 22 lakh. The film’s worldwide box office collection over 12 days totals ₹39 crore 36 lakh. Given the film’s budget of ₹80 crore, Sarfira is deemed a box office flop.

Raayan’s all-India advance booking collection across these three languages has reached ₹3 crore 46 lakh. The film has sold 2,05,000 tickets nationwide in advance, demonstrating a promising pre-release performance.

Kalki Continues Blockbuster Run, Crosses ₹1100 Crore Worldwide

Prabhas’s blockbuster film Kalki has completed 27 days in cinemas and continues its impressive earnings. Released in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada – the film maintains strong collections across all regions. Unlike other Indian films this year that saw a decline in performance after one or two weeks, Kalki is sustaining its momentum well into its fourth week, with expectations to continue for another one to two weeks.

Kalki’s Hindi Net Collection for the initial 25 days was ₹277 crore 80 lakh. On its 26th day, the film collected ₹86 lakh in Hindi Net. The estimated Hindi Net Collection for the 27th day stands at ₹2 crore 65 lakh. This brings the total 27-day Hindi Net Collection to ₹281 crore 31 lakh, and Hindi Gross Collection to ₹334 crore 46 lakh.

The film’s India Gross Collection from Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages combined is ₹502 crore 22 lakh. This results in an all-India Gross Collection across all five languages of ₹836 crore 68 lakh. Additionally, Kalki has earned ₹271 crore 33 lakh from the overseas market. The worldwide box office collection for Kalki over 27 days totals an outstanding ₹1108 crore, solidifying its status as a blockbuster.
